Please note that our guarantee covers manufacturing defects. However, it does not extend to issues arising from incorrect prescriptions or fittings, inadequate tooth or tissue support, improper dental hygiene, misuse, or accidents.

Remake Policy

Throughout our years in the industry, we've tackled complex trouble cases with expertise and finesse. Communication is key; stay connected with us and we'll swiftly address any issues.

Our record of remakes is exceptionally low, thanks to our careful approach. However, the accuracy of impressions is crucial. We strongly recommend that all clients prioritize precise impression-taking to minimize the need for remakes. If we suspect an impression may be inaccurate, we'll inform you and may request a new one. While we'll do our best to proceed with the case, but we can't guarantee the outcome of such cases.

In the rare event of a remake, we handle each case individually and at no extra charge. However, we require an accurate impression. For precious metal products, we also need to recall the alloy. Rest assured, we're committed to ensuring the highest quality and resolving any issues that may arise efficiently.

Turnaround Time

We use reliable couriers like UPS or FedEx for speedy delivery. Cases typically take 3 days to reach us from Europe or the US, and we complete them within 3 days once received. Return shipments take 2-3 days. So, our usual turnaround time is 8 business days. Please note that customs inspections may cause occasional delays.

Delivery

You can use our UPS account, which offers a 50% discount on freight costs. The shipping costs will be added to your next invoice. We collect packages from the airport daily, so using UPS or FedEx is efficient.

We cover the one-way freight for packages with over 10 cases. Otherwise, you'll need to cover both ways. New clients can discuss individual solutions with us.

Please be aware of potential delays due to customs, flight issues, or weather. We prioritize quick resolution upon receipt.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Contact us. Our representative will typically respond within 24 hours. We offer fixed prices and volume discounts to our clients.

Step 2: Send the cases. Begin by sending a few cases to us. You can use our UPS and FedEx accounts with a 50% discount and inform us of the tracking number. We'll confirm receipt via email and may contact you for any trouble cases during production.

Step 3: Make easy payment upon receiving our monthly invoice.

Packing Guidelines

Securely wrap and insert all impressions and models into the bio-bag provided.

Seal the bio-bag and insert the completed prescriptions.

Wrap each model with bubble wrap and tape together. Multiple cases can be sent in one box, each with its own bio-bag for identification.

Fill the box securely with additional bubble wrap to prevent movement.Seal the box securely with packaging tape.

Minimum Volume or Order

No minimum number of cases or orders required within the first 3 months of starting business.
